The story
Starting in 2019, we began managing apartments and studios in Drumcondra (Dublin 09) and Portobello (Dublin 08). We quickly experienced firsthand the pain points that plague this industry: outdated software, manual processes, and tools that weren't built for real property management needs.
Every rent collection cycle was a nightmare. Maintenance requests came through phone calls and sticky notes. Tenant screening involved endless paperwork and manual verification. The industry was stuck in the past.
Landwide was built to solve these exact problems. We're property managers who became developers, not developers trying to understand property management. Every feature is born from real frustration and tested in actual property management scenarios.
Our mission
Landwide now serves property managers who collectively process €250K in monthly rent and manage over 250 properties. But we're just getting started.
Our mission is simple: make property management profitable and stress-free. We're building the platform we wished we had back in 2019 - one that actually understands the daily challenges of managing rental properties and provides real solutions, not just more software to learn.
